Vacation Rental Description
The Rialto area is one of the oldest settlement of the Venetians, since the 7th century. The Rialto Bridge has been the commercial and trading centre of the Town during the Republic of Venice and still is a lively area with a lot of shops. Across the bridge, from the apartments, there is the fish and fruits&vegetable market, the most lively and Venetian place you want to be in the morning. During lunchtime and in the early afternoon, it change from a market to a trendy location where there are the best 'Osteria's' wine bar, restaurants and music bars. In the evening it changes again to the real 'Venetian Movida'. Wine bars and 'Osterias' keep open till late and you have the biggest gathering of people in town. The side of Rialto bridge where the apartments are situated is, instead, more quite and after shop closure (around 19.30) it gets less busy till the evening where there is almost a complete stop in people traffic. This flat is the largest of two on the same floor. Close to Rialto but in a quite area, close to some of the most typical and gourmet 'Ostarias' of Venice and with a fantastic view on a canal's crossroad with gondolas passing by. Perfect for a family, but also for a romantic couple that really want to live like Venetians for a while. Stepping down for a 'cicchetto'at 'Ai Rusteghi' Bacaro, have walk on the Rialto's Bridge, some shopping and then hide in your Rialto's apartment for a quite viewing of the Gondolas passing by under your windows. Museums and San Marco's Square are few minutes away.

This aprtment has benn thru a dep restoration that finished in March 2010. all comforts are provided.
Activities
The perfect location of "The Crosswater House" give the opportunity to our guests to reach, within walking distance, both Rialto, 3 minutes, and San Mark Square, 10 minutes. It is situated in a very quite area despite being in the busiest part of the old city, and it is 5 minutes away from the vaporetto and Alilaguna station in Rialto.

We do accept credit cards payment. 40% of the total rent is required in order to secure the bookings. The Risk Deposit is €400 to be paid cash at the check in or by credit card before arrival, and returned in the same way.

We have started this business solely in order to allow us to manage the cost of the mortgage of the first propery investment. We had become more and more confident with the web instrument and now we have a real business managing the web marketing of a number of properties.
We took immediately a professional and quality approach avoiding the easy money of irregualr lettings. We have furnished "The Red House" as if we have to step in as guests ourself. We are specifically attent to the quality of the cleaning and hygene. We have now extended our consultancy in off loading the client owners in all aspects of furnishing the apartments and managing all burocratic aspects of bringing to market their properties and we focus in our core business that is web marketing.
