Vacation Rental Description

GRANDIBEN (standard 4, max 6 persons) is on the ground floor.
There is small entrance, a living /dining room (where there is a sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons), a kitchen corner completely equipped, a double bedroom (queen bed), a double bedroom with a sofa bed (2 single beds or a double bed), a complete bathroom with shower, a small shelter with washing machine.

				High Season Price:	€1,350 per Week

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m. PAYMENTS: 30% of the total amount before your staying. Balance rental + extras will be payed at check in (cash, please). PAYMENT METHODS: TO SEND THE DEPOSIT: mail a cheque in Euros, money order to our Bank or by credit card: VISA or MASTERCARD (+1,8%) EXTRAS: Final cleaning = € 60,00. Linen/towel = € 15,00 per person, on request. Utilities = you pay what you use. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 1,8%. CANCELLATION POLICY The booking deposit (30% of the total amount) has to be payed at the reservation and it is not refundable in case of cancellation. The booking deposit could be credited for another booking. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 40 days before your arrival date.
