Newly restored, beautifully adorned, Ca' Venexiana offers an unforgettable setting in which to experience the magic of La Serenissima. Our private garden courtyard faces onto the crossing of two peaceful canals while inside you will find a splendid retreat where you can truly live la vita di Venezia, an experience no hotel can offer. Our location in sestriere Dorsoduro is easily accessible by land, sea or air arrival into Venice. Within minutes of our doorstep, you will find the popular and enjoyable Campo San Margherita, Campo San Barnaba, and the Zattere. Filled with shops, bars, and restaurants (as well as the best gelaterias in Venice), they are all perfect and unique spots for basking in the Venetian atmosphere.

Newly renovated, Ca' Venexiana is comprised of a living room with fireplace, a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms and a quiet courtyard that faces a canal. It is set on the ground floor with no worry of acqua alta (high water) as entry is accessed by way of a small set of stairs, keeping our flat 1+ metre above ground level. Our position alongside two canals provides for washes of natural light and views that are simply charming. For guests arriving by private watercraft, the property also has its own boat mooring (9 metres long).

Inside, we believe you will find everything you could want for a memorable stay. The bedrooms are comfortably appointed and the kitchen allows for trying your own hand at some authentic Venetian dishes. Among our many amenities, you'll find TV(SKY), DVD, video games, stereo and broadband internet access, as well as a library of interesting books, music, and movies about Venice and Italy. Also included with your stay are bed linen and bath towels, all utilities (electricity and heating, water, garbage collection), internet use, and final cleaning upon your departure. For stays longer than one week, linens and towels are changed and cleaning of the flat is done weekly; this service can be arranged more often for an additional charge.

At Ca' Venexiana you will find the "little things" most easily forgotten about when traveling—electrical adapters, umbrellas, books, movies, music. And our kitchen is fully-equipped; we strongly suggest visiting the local markets and trying your hand at some delicious Italian dishes (we have a selection of cookbooks on hand). Enjoy your meal outside on our wonderful secluded courtyard, giving a wave to a passing gondolier while churchbells echo in the distance.

Golfing and public beaches are available on Lido, a short vaporetto ride from Ca' Venexiana. Restaurants and shopping can be found within minutes of the apartment, as are many bars and nightspots.

Prices are inclusive of final cleaning, linens, and all utilities. Prices shown are for occupancy of 3-6 guests. For 1-2 guests, the rate shown above is discounted by 10%. Three night minimum stay. Depending on the time of year and the availability, a 2 night stay may be possible and will be charged at 2.5 times the daily rate. Stays of longer than two weeks will be provided at a discounted rate. Our rates are quoted in the euro, however we offer you the option of paying for your stay in a variety of currencies; by bank transfer, you have the option of paying in either the euro, pound sterling or U.S. dollar (subject to the current currency exchange), other currencies can be paid through Pay Pal. Upon your arrival in Venice, our representative will meet you and direct you personally to our flat. The cost for this 'Meet and Greet' service is €35. (Arrivals after 8pm, the 'Meet and Greet' service is €55.)
