“Elena Suite” is a delightful, fully and stylishly refurbished apartment.

Restoration has highlighted elements of traditional architecture like typical Venetian floors, open beams and brick inserts.

Because it is on the third and top floor, this apartment is extremely light and airy, and offer a delightful view.

The apartment is located in a side street and overlook a garden. It therefore offers extremely quiet accommodation despite being just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of a lively and typical area near San Marco.

The “Elena Suite” is located in the same building and on the same floor as the “Silvia Suite” (ref. 236367).

The two apartments can be rented individually or jointly. Taken together they offer the ideal solution for small groups of friends or families seeking the convenience of joint accommodation without having to give up their privacy.

APARTMENT

This apartment is characterised by walls rich colours and ceiling beams in that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, modern styling and essential furnishing.

The entrance door opens directly on to a delightful lounge facing a well appointed, modern kitchen (equipped with microwave oven, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.).

A utility room leads on to an elegant, spacious bathroom with shower.

The door to the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the lounge. This bedroom can be furnished with a double bed or two single beds to suit the needs of guests.

The master bedroom also provides access to a single bedroom and two small but cosy attic rooms, each with a single bed.

FURNITURE AND FITTINGS The apartment boasts independent air conditioning for maximum comfort of guests. Independent thermostat let you select your own ideal temperature during winter. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV. Prices include bed linen, towels and kitchen linen (changed weekly). A cot and baby chair can be provided free of charge on request. An intermediate cleaning service and additional linen changes are available on payment.
