Independent apartment of 75 sq. metres on the first floor of a restored building, located in the quiet and central quarter of Dorsoduro. The building faces Campo dell'Angelo Raffaele and the back side of the Church of San Sebastiano. In a few minutes it is possible to reach Piazzale Roma, the Accademia and the Fondamenta delle Zattere, famous promenade along a sunny bank with a beautiful sight of the Giudecca's Canal. All floors are in Venetian marble, except for the bathrooms' floors which are made of ceramic tiles. The apartments consist of an entrance of 8 sq. metres (with a shoe rack), a kitchen of 10 sq. metres (on the left) furnished with a traditional oven, four gas hobs, a microwave, a fridge and freezer.
