“Casa 12” is a self catering house with 2 double (with king size beds) and 2 single rooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 fully equipped kitchen.

The entrance and kitchen are located on the ground floor. The kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery and pans, allows the guests to prepare full meals. The bathroom, with shower, is located on the first floor whilst the 4 bedrooms are located in the completely restructured attic.
Besides the house you may enjoy the typical courtyards and the Italian style garden with its panoramic terrace facing the valley of Negrar and our vineyards.

If you like we will introduce you our winery to show the complete wine making process from the vineyards to the bottle, through the lofts for dryng up Amarone grapes and the cellars for the ageing, within an historical and traditional environment welcoming at the same time tradition and innovation. Finally we'll be pleased to arrange for you a tasting in our “Tinaia” of our range of Valpolicella wines: Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto.


“Casa 12” is located in a very calm and relaxing place connected at the same time to the most interesting areas of Verona: 15/20 minutes driving from the city-centre, the train station and the airport, 30 minutes driving from Lake Garda, Monti Lessini and Verona fair area.
