Situated on a wooded hillside with spectacular views, private, peaceful, secluded, and always a fresh breeze. The area is full of natural Rosemary, Thyme, and Juniper, and our guests always want to stay-on longer. The Perfect spot for a family with kids, a couple wanting a romantic and secluded place, or an artist needing quiet in an inspirational setting. The position of the property is perfect because it is not far (ten minutes drive) from the comforts of civilization, yet you are alone on your wooded hillside without the noise of farm equipment, traffic, or neighbors. Also, the property sits up high enough so there is no need for Air Conditioning and we have never seen a mosquito! Visit at a short distance: Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Cortona, San Sepolcro, Citta di Castello and other villages and cities. Follow the Wine Route through Umbria and taste the incomparable Sagrantino di Montefalco and other great wines.

Entertainment * TV (No Cable/Satellite): Includes a active stereo speaker system (like for your computer) that plugs into any headphone jack of your Mp3, CD, or other music player. The best way to hear YOUR music. * DVD, VCR, CD Player * Private Pool: 5x15m with stairs at shallow end. Deep end is 2m deep! (No Lifeguard, but pool area is fenced off.) Outdoor Features * Charcoal BBQ Grill: Weber Grill (Smokey Joe) * Deck/Patio: Patio has Western exposure for sunset dinner views!

Discounts for last minute bookings: 10% 7 days, 15% 3 days. ASK US about our EXCLUSIVE rental rate. Some people want the place all to themselves, but only need one apartment, and are willing to pay a little more for exclusive use of the property. Peak €1300/wk, Mid €1150/wk, and for low season you don't need to pay extra. ASK US about booking both apartments for larger groups. We offer a discount if you take both units.
