The villa is surrounded by olive-groves, vineyards and its own woodland with centuries-old oak trees and is a perfect place for those who love privacy. 
 
The villa’s interior is airy and spacious and its beautiful, large windows, with typical arches, let in plenty of sunlight and provide spectacular views of the hills of Todi from every room. 
 
The property has been tastefully yet comfortably furnished with wooden handcrafted furniture and some beautiful paintings. Its wooden floors and pastel-coloured rooms create a warm atmosphere of relaxation and well-being, while air-conditioning throughout the whole house and anatomical latex mattresses (anti-allergenic) will keep you cool even at the height of summer. 
 
The spacious living room with a fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen have large glass doors leading to a vine-covered veranda which offers a shady spot for relaxing with tremendous views of rolling hills and distant villages. 
 
You can enjoy long al fresco meals on the spacious veranda (35 m²), which overlooks the private swimming pool with hydro-massage area and the beautifully tended gardens. 
 
Broad lawn full of roses, perfumed by the lavender and rosemary bushes, surrounds the house and leads down towards a paved terracotta terrace with a lovely swimming pool, where loungers beckon to sunbathers and you can even sit with your laptop and send photos of the sun setting behind the hills to your family and friends via the villa’s Wi-Fi connection, or just let your self regenerate in the whirlpool area of the swimming pool.
