The apartments for 4 people are of 72 sq. meters, on two floors, with double bedroom, bathroom, twin bedroom, living room with a comfortable sofa, half bathroom, kitchen. Direct access to a private portion of garden, with garden furniture for alfresco dining.
The villa is in a secluded property of 8 hectares, and it is surrounded by a 3000 sq. meters garden with a corner for kids and a 1,5 hectares olive grove. An organic kitchen garden is available for guests. Our farm produces wine, honey, jam and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil using the natural methods and enthusiasm of yesteryear.
The maintenance of the lawn and of the 12 X 6 meters pool are constant and accurate
You can decide from day to day whether to take a dip in the swimming pool or rest in the shade of the olive grove, to take a walk in the woods to gather mushrooms or to stroll up and down the alleyways of Todi in search of curiosities to buy.
