Vacation Rental Description
The Barbagatto tower is located in the Hermitage of the Sun in Spoleto, a beautiful farmhouse completely family managed.The house is set in an idyllic picturesque valley with stunning views of the Spoleto Valley and the many hilltop villages.Far away, the mountains on one side and Montefalco, Assisi, Trevi, Spello on the other as a backdrop. The Tower has 2 floors. On the ground floor is a fully-fitted kitchen, a bathroom, and an open dining room with a wood burner (a plentiful supply of wood is included in the rental). On the top of the tower there is a roof-terrace for very exclusive sunbathing or for unforgettable candle lights dinners...There is a wide outside area for eating al fresco (with barbecue, sofa and see-saw) and a spacious garden which provides both shaded and sunny areas. On the first floor there is a true romantic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the view from the wall-window of the bedroom is absolutely astonishing.Outside there is an huge beautiful swimming pool (17m x 7m) that enjoys full sun and uninterrupted views.

In Spoleto there is a great selection of friendly restaurants that will serve you fantastic home made food, truffle, wine, at prices you will not believe. Spoleto offers a wide range of centuries-old traditional food products and dishes featuring pasta,truffle and olves's oil and there is an array of good wines including the best famous Sagrantino.
Activities
Arriving at “ Eremo del Sole ” your natural instinct will be to enjoy the sweetness of nature, to relax and feel the charme of warm summer nights. But if you are not so lazy, there are many activities to engage in…. Do you like horseback riding? In the riding center of the Sun’s Hermitage, Federica can offer you horse-back riding lessons, either for beginners or for experts; she can also teach children to ride small and sweet donkeys.
