Vacation Rental Description
Helen and Stephen lovingly restored this old farmhouse into 3 beautiful apartments during 2004 onwards. The original material has been used for the restoration and many of the characteristics have been maintained. Each apartment has its own private patio and barbeque area with loungers to enjoy the sun whilst sipping on the local wine.

The solar heated pool is ideally situated on the nearby Olive terrace with breathtaking views over the small town of San Giovanni Del Pantano and the Antognolla 18 hole golf course. Relax on the loungers and fall asleep to sounds of nature.

Away from the pool there are slides, swings and outdoor climbing areas for children to play. Made from original timbers they are in harmony with the surroundings.

The apartments all have their own entrances and patios, Il Tramonto being situated on the Ground floor, L'Alba on the upper floor and Papaveri on split levels. All tastefully furnished to a very high standard with soft sofas, fully fitted kitchens, dining areas, two bedrooms (Double bedroom and a twin bedroom) and a large bathroom with shower.

There are games, books, dvds available for children. For the very young we can provide cots, sterlisers, bed guards, potties, baby listeners, pushchairs and most equipment you will need. We have a menu to choose an arrival meal should you plan to relax on your first evening, it is also available any time with 48hrs notice required. Baby sitting can also be provided.

In the local area there is lots to do, explore the hidden gems of Umbria. Assisi with its stunning catherdral, Perugia a great town for Jazz in July or the nearby villages with very little tourism.

For families the beach on Lago Trasimeno is only 20 minutes away, take a boat to the Islands and explore the bird sanctury. For the more adventurous take a trip down the rapids in the local ravines or go to the adventure park for hill climbing, high tighrope walking or a bit of go Karting.

Our nearest airport is Perugia but Rome, Ancona, Pisa or Bologna are all within 2 hours drive.

Bookings can be made at any time, we accept Sterling or Euro currencies. 30% of the cost of the holiday is due on confirmation of booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
