CASA COLONICA
La Casa Colonica is situated in the small village “Vernazzano” nearby the highway that leads to Perugia and/or Siena. The very good position makes this, from origin, farmhouse very suitable for those who wants to spend there holidays in a relaxing as well as a culture way. Some of these most important art and culture cities of Tuscany and Umbrie like Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, Cortona and many other smaller cities, rich of history and culture, are very easy to reach for day trips. This restored farmhouse, surrounded by vine and ancient old olive yards, is an ideal and healthy place, in the middle of nature, for a lovely holiday!
The apartments are simple but furnished with all comfort. In total 8 apartments, each with his own entrance, terrace or garden.
The farmhouse has a family atmosphere, complety managed by the family Mezzetti who are also the owners, each member of the family having his own part of responsability. The family produces there own wine and olive oil “extra vergine” since 1960.

Ciclamino: ground floor, 48 m2, living room with cooking area, open fire place and sleeping sofa, hall, bedroom with double bed and if needed another 3rd bed, bathroom with shower, garden in front of apartment. Total nr of pax: 3 + 2

Violetta: first floor, 54 m2, living room with cooking area and open fire place, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower.
Total nr pax: 4

Ginestra: ground floor, 40 m2, living room with cooking area, stair that leads to space with a double sleeping sofa, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, garden in front of apartment.
Total nr of pax: 2 + 2

Margherita: ground floor, 58 m2, living room with cooking d dish wash machineand original pizza oven, livingroom and double sleeping sofa, wooden stair to 1st floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with mosaic shower, garden in front of apartment.
Total nr of pax: 4 + 2

Primula: ground floor, 58 m2, living room with cooking area with open fire place and single sleeping sofa, right from the living room, 2 steps lower, bedroom with double bed, other side of the living room hall that leads to other bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, garden in front of apartment.
Total nr of pax: 4 + 1

Rosa: first floor, 40 m2, living room with cooking area, open fire place and sleeping sofa, bedroom with a double bed and a single sleeping sofa, bathroom with shower, terrace in front of the apartment ( together with Fiordaliso ).
Total nr of pax: 2 + 3

Fiordaliso: first floor, 49 m2, stair that leads to 2nd floor where one reaches the living room with cooking area with dishwascher, open fire place and sleeping sofa, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, terrace in front of the apartment ( together with Rosa).
Total nr of pax: 4 + 2

Tulipano: ground floor, 100 m2, living room with cooking area with open fire place and double sleeping sofa, right from the living room, 2 bedrooms with double bed, other bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, garden in front of apartment.
Total nr of pax: 6+2

Villa Cipresso: The ground floor is entirely dedicated to common use: there is the living room with double sleepingsofabed with fireplace and kitchen. A door leads directly to the garden where meals can be taken. This part of the house is particularly characteristic as the internal walls are still of bare stone.
The stairs lead up to the large double bedroom which has the possibility of adding 2 extra single beds. The bathroom is with shower. The private garden is fenced and there is a trable for meals, and a ping-pong table
