Located on the umbrian hills, very close to the cities of art of ASSISI, PERUGIA, GUBBIO and TRASIMENO'S LAKE, our biological holidayfarm casale giuncheto offers you a totally relaxing sojourn. We have 3 rooms with B&B services and 5 furnished flat equipped with kitchen and air contidioned. during the summer it is possible to use our swimming pool, which looks over a wonderful landscape with a medieval tower, too. 
 
Our holidayfarms has a picturesque PRIVATE LAKE inhabitated by many different animal species and surrounded by willows and canes (which give the name to the farm). 
 
In the summer for our guests is available a very panoramic SWIMMING-POOL beetween the hills. 
 
Casale Giuncheto is a BIOLOGICAL FARM which works in complete respect of the nature: we produce an excellent biological olive oil, dense and flavoured, extracted from 400 selected plants denominated "Colli del Trasimeno"; furthermore, different leguminoses (lentils, chickpeas, peas...) and cereals (corn, emmer, millet...), softfruits plants (raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants) and a big orchard with apples, pears, cherries, apricots, figs and peaches.  
 
Rates include: bed and bathroom linen, weekly cleaning service, heating. rates are intended per person and per day, vat is included. 
 
Each apartment provides kitchen, air conditioned, table linen, bed linen and bathroom linen. rates are intended per person and per day, vat is included. heating expenses are not included. 
 
In addition swimming pool, fishing, mountain bike, bowl game and birdwatching are included in rates.

    • Our farmholiday has a charming private lake where it's always possible fishing. In the summer for our guests is available a very panoramic swimming-pool beetween the hills. Swimming pool, fishing, mountain bike rent, bowl game and birdwatching are included in rates. In Casale Giuncheto farm holidays it's possible to buy our biological products (oil, spelt, kamut-wheat, hummus, other cereals, jams, ...). The rent of the double and triple bedrooms includes breakfast, towels and bed linen, swimming-pool in the summer, heating costs in the winter. The rent of the apartment includes use of single kitchen, towels and bed linen, swimming-pool, air conditioned in the summer. the use of the apartment doesn't include breakfast.
