In this 17 hectares farm we raise an olive groove and a vineyard, following biological agriculture methods.
We renovated and enlarged the original “casale”, respecting the architecture and the material typical for the area: stone, wood, handmade terracotta tiles: so now, besides the apartment where we live, we have two guest apartments with independent entrances, each with a porch where it is possible to eat.

The small apartment (mq 50) is laid out with a kitchen-living room with fireplace, a master bedroom, a big bathroom.
The big apartment (mq 106) is laid out with a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, three master bedrooms, two bathrooms.

The house is surrounded by a large garden equipped to grill in the open air.
There is a ping pong table in the garden, near the swimming pool and another one is covered, so it is possible to play when it's bad weather.
The swimming pool, surrounded by wood and garden, is in a quiet and secluded place.In the house there is also a large room equipped with a gas stove and a wood oven, where it is possible to have cooking classes and have a good Italian dinner all together.

Deep in the heart of green Umbria, in the typical highlands of the Orvieto region: little fields of olive trees and vineyard revived from the oak tree woods which still dominate the countryside and surround our house. Nevertheless, we are just 15 Km far from the A1 highway gate and in 3 km you can find the post office, bank, stores.
Frallarenza is 5 Km away from Ficulle, a medieval village well known for traditional terracotta, and 15 Km from Orvieto.
At the border between Umbria, Toscana and Lazio, not far from highway A1, Frallarenza is the ideal departure point to visit many art towns and several little and less known villages which keep intact their historical identity, such as Orvieto, Perugia, Siena, Assisi, Todi, Spoleto, CIvita di Bagnoregio, Pienza, Città della Pieve, Pitigliano, Montepulciano.
