Vacation Rental Description
The property is located in Pozzociolino/Fraz. di Montecchio/TR in the green heart of Italy, Umbria.
The house consists of 4 homes, of which 3 are available for holiday rental (the 4th is the owner's)
The 'casetta' (a small separate house) is called 'Celeste' which means blue : the furnishing is in that colour.
It has its own little grass field and terracce.
In the main house are 'Miele' (honey) and 'L'Erba' (grass).
All homes consist in : a double bedroom, a bathroom (shower, washing bassin, toilet) and a living (sleeping couch, tv, radio/CD,fireplace which can also be used for cooking/grilling)/kitchen (gascooker, refrigerator/freezer, table + chairs for max. 4)

The garden, which is approx. 1.7 ha, is partly cultivated, partly olivegrove and can be used by our guests for relaxing, sunbathing, reading, dining, .... (with respect for the privacy of other guests, should there be any)

From Pozzociolino it is only a drive to the valley where the train station is located and where a train takes you to Rome in just 1 hour and to Florence in just 2.
The town of Montecchio is worth a visit with it's mideaval centro storico and it's pre roman burrial ground in the 'Valle di San Lorenzo'.
Other day trip suggestions : Orvieto, Viterbo, Cività di Bagnoregio, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, Todi, and many many more.
The village has several very good restaurants, as well as supermarkets, butcher and bakery store, ....
