The property is located in a panoramic position 2 kms away form Tuoro sul Trasimeno which can also be reached, for a pleasant walk, by foot in about 20 minutes. The Trasimeno Lake with its Hamlets, its natural countryside paths and its islands which are laid the middle of the lake is already a very interesting places for sightseeing, excursions and to practice water sports. The location is also ideal to visit both South Tuscany and Umbria being very well connected with the super way PERUGIA- SIENA. With stressless trip you can visit interesting Historical centres like Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Todi and so on. Tuoro is also served by a railways station that will allowed guests to easily reach the major cities like Rome or Florence. 
 
This property is divided onto two floors and is furnished in a very functional manner. From the main entrance one leads into the large spacious living room, equipped with sofa’s and a large wooden table. From the living room one leads into the fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom next to which there is a bathroom with shower and laundry room. The first floor is only accessible via an external stone staircase or two comfortable ramps which lead from the garden. From the veranda one can enter directly into the living room which is equipped with fireplace and the kitchen/dining room. From the living room, via two corridors one leads into the night zone. From the right hand corridor there are two double bedrooms each with internal bathroom with shower, whereas via the left hand corridor this leads to an additional double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted. BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
