In Corciano , ancient Umbrian medieval village between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, I rent a small two-storey house, made of stone , which dips into a green hilly zone. The house, which has a small garden, is composed of two rooms, bathroom and toilet, and cooking corner. The house has its own central heating and is located in a position that is sunny and quiet, surrounded by trees.
It has marvellous views of natural landscapes of olive trees in the Umbrian hills , and there is a particularly beautiful view of the valley.
1 double bed ( 2 sleeps) beds, with possibility for 2 more ( a sofa bed in the dining/living room + an added single bed in the bedroom). 350 – 560 Euro / week
Corciano, a peaceful and silent country village, offers the possibility of spending a quiet and restful holiday, far from the traffic noise and the congestion of overcrowded centres. Its favourable position, in the heart of Umbria, and its proximity to the major road networks make it easy to reach the main and best known Umbrian towns of art such as: Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Spoleto, Perugia. Because of its strategic location on the road linking Perugia to Lake Trasimeno, in the past centuries Corciano took part in many historical events. Traces and remains left by a long history can still be found almost everywhere.
