it is strategically located in the center of Umbrian region and within 15 to 35 minutes by car you can reach all the most important medieval towns of Umbria like Perugia, Todi, Assisi, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna.. 
A breathtaking view keeps our guests eyes from the garden and from the balcony when open air Jacucci for 4 is set. Here the sunset is particularly suggestiv at sunset, when the sky is colored in blue, red and violet.. 
No swimmingpool, but open air Jacuzzi for 4 people.
