Two farmhouses which can be let seperately or together.San Francesco comprises of two double/twin and one single bedrooms with two bathrooms one with bath and one with shower, a large living room and large family kitchen and two terraces, the upper with superb views. Santa Maria comprises of two double/twin bedrooms one en-suite the other with wet room.Alarge lounge incorperating dinning area and kitchen all on one floor with superb all round views, the top floor has four beds and a wet room and is ideal for teenagers.A dining terrace has superb views and looks down onto the gardens and the large open air pool.All properties have washing machines. For larger parties up to 17 our family house Santa Chiara, which sits between San Francesco and Santa Maria can also be rented by arrangement.The property is served by a quiet country road with gated parking.

Our local village just down the hill has a general, store pharmacy and very good Pizzaria. The walled mediaevil city of Citta di Castello has excellent shops/supermarkets and restaurants as well as museums and art galleries.The fairy tale hilltop town of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, which we look out at,has a wonderful family run restaurant.

In the event of cancellation more than 8 weeks before your stay the deposit is forfeit: if less than 8 weeks, the total cost of the holdiday is forfeit. Retired Banker and semi-pro musicain who fell in love with Umbria

The spectacular views and serenity was what first attracted me to Ca di Nieri.Set on a hillside with just the sound of the birds and the bells from Monte Santa Maria Tiberina onto which we look, and the fire flies in June and ,oh yes the amazing night skies without light polution,the hills of Saint Francis refresh the spirit. Assisi is a must being just down the valley and our house book list lot's of restaurants and eating places discovered by guests.It is an ideal spot for painters, walkers and those who need to relax and watch the sun go down over a glass of local wine, or have a swim before breakfast and dry out in the sun while enjoying the view.Whether you want simple Umbrian villages or the granduer of Florence of Sienna,it is all within easy reach. The little village store is friendly as is the village Pizzaria, whilst the family run restaurant on the hill serves wonderful home made pasta dishes. Citta di Castello has a lot to offer with a lively market twice a week, good supermarkets and bags of culture. There is even a health spa! Why not have a group celebration and book the whole site?,with our own house thrown in we can sleep up to 17/18!
