The apartments with: one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a dining-living room. All apartments have separate entrances, independent heating system and satellite t.v. 
The art cities like Rome and Florence are within 1 hr. to 1 hr. and 15 minutes away. The medieval towns of Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Assisi, Orvieto, Trasimeno Lake and Perugia are within 20 to 45 minutes away.
