Typical Umbrian country house, dating from the XVth century, 300m from the historical centre of Assisi, which can be reached with a pleasant walk among the olive-trees. Inside the Parco del Subasio, from the house you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the green heart of Italy. It is the ideal place to take a rest, relax the body and the mind, develop one's creative capacities, in the middle of an olive-grove, in which only the birds chirruping and the bells of Assisi break the silence. The house has two apartments, each with two double bedrooms, a living-room, a well equipped kitchen with microwave, a terrace where to take sun. Autonomous heating, telephone, TV, CD-player, washing-machine, hair-dryer, wall safe. Outdoor spaces for reading and meditation; large room for meetings; ping-pong; whirlpool and mountain-bikes on request; private parking; animals accepted on request. The property is completed fenced. One can enjoy our production of extra virgin olive oil. Near the major attractions, cultural and naturalistic of Umbria, guests can take long walks in the surrounding woods and along the Via Francigena di S.Francesco and also practice yoga in the residence itself with a qualified staff.
