Holiday House Sant’Eugenia,the result of the restructuring of a late ‘800 country residence, is today a graceful country house which, through its architectural patterns and the building materials used, fully respects the Umbrian traditions. 
 
The villa offers living accommodation equipped with all comforts which grasp, through the elegance and design of the furnishings, the care dedicated to every detail of the surroundings. 
 
A private garden and swimming pool are at the guests’ disposal. The Villa is particularly suitable for families who wish to spend their holidays together and it can also accommodate groups of maximum 14 people. 
 
 
 
Wine routes, and gastronomic and archeological itineraries will guide our guests in their search to rediscover ancient flavours, customs and the history of this countryside, inhabited by the Etuscans in ancient times. 
 
The residence is situated in an ideal position for visitors who wish to discover Umbria, with its fascinating medieval villages and numerous cities of art, including Todi, Amelia and Narni. Other interesting sites like Bomarzo, Viterbo and Bolsena are also easy to reach.

    When booking it is necessary to make an advance guarantee which represents 30% of the rent. The 70% balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, the advance guarantee will not be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival or in case of no show, there will be no refund at all. GUARANTEE DEPOSIT Euro 750 is requested to guarantee any damage. This will be returned at the end of the stay.
