Villa Giulia, is situated below the beautiful Mountain ,”Monte Qualandro”, which is well worth a visit to see the important historical Castle and the unforgettable views. The “Trasimeno Lake" with its beautiful ands an be seen from the front of the Villa
The two buildings ,originally old farmhouses mainly used for olive-pressing during the 18th century, have been recently renovated maintaining the original aesthetic and architectonic characteristics,. The sandstone of the buildings are in harmony with the interiors which are characterised by traditional floors in “cotto” , open fire places, arches and wooden beam.

The Villa has got a main house and next to it a depandance, rentable only as an unique villa.
The size of the house is 280 meter square
The main Villa has got 3 floors and a mansard; on the ground floor there is a beautiful patio with view over the lake, a large living room with an old stone fireplace, one dining room, a kitchen and luxury bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a pretty reading room with a small stone fireplace, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower, on the mansard there are 2 beautifull bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
Closed to the main villa, there is the elegant and smaller 2 floor house with a gorgeous patio which over looks the Trasimeno lake. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. A king size bed adorns the romantic bedroom upstairs.
The interior has been carefully furnished with antique style period furniture and the ceilings have the original bare beam feature typical of the area.
The building is fitted with air conditioning, independent central heating, satellite T.V, radio with CD, DVD player, Mountain Bikes, Ping Pong, play garden for children. Washing machine, Iron and Kithen are very well fitted, there are professional ovens.
To complete this extraordinary residence there is also a 18x7 m large and 1,70 m high swimming pool, completely illuminated and surrounded by a beautiful garden and the secular olivetrees which you will find throughout the estate.

We are located on the border of umbria and tuscany region so 15 minutes drive from cortona and 10 minutes drive to the lake.
Our property is on a little hill looking over the country side and the beautiful lake, completely fenced with a lot of green space outside and patios. Our furnitures are very high quality and you can have a nice cook on request or babysitting.

Deposit Euro 400, 00. Weekly rentals: arrival Saturday afternoon from 3 p.m to 7 p.m. Departure by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Weekend: min 2 nights euro 40 per person per night. Swimming-pool: open from 30th March till 20th October.
