The house is very nice , well located near the beaches, the park and the 
shopping etc.... 
The house is on three floors. 
On the ground floor there are: 
- living/dining room 
- kitchen equipped 
- a small service with w.c. and basin 
 
On the first floor there are: 
- n. 2 double rooms with a balcony on Oberdan street 
- n. 1 complete bathroom with bathtub/shower 
 
On the second floor: 
- a very small terrace 
- a big double room or triple room 
- n 1 complete bathroom with shower 
 
The house has been completely renovated according to the modern comfort, 
but it detains the old typical characters of the houses called " VIAREGGINE" 
built in 1920 (about).

    • Historical cities nearby: Lucca, Pisa, and Firenze. 
    Tuscan islands and Cinque Terre within easy reach. 
     
    From the house you can take the Viale dei Tigli, a 3 kms long alley lined with beautiful old trees, and get to the lake Massaciuccoli. This is a very intersting damp area. It is even possible to visit the canals linking the lake to the sea by boat trip ( Departure: in Torre del Lago or in Viareggio). 
    This is also the area where Puccini's memories are more hunting. Here the composer wrote so many of his immortal melodies. Today his Villa is a visitable Museum, very fondly looked after by Puccini's grand-daughter , Simonetta, who often meets the visitors-guests. 
    In July/August, a Puccini Festival takes place in Torre del Lago. The huge open-air theatre hosts performances of Puccini's operas, in front of the incomparable scenary offered by the lake itself.

      High Season Price: €1,500 per Week
         

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m. PAYMENTS: 30% of the total amount before your staying. Balance rental + extras will be payed at check in (cash, please). PAYMENT METHODS: TO SEND THE DEPOSIT: mail a cheque in Euros, money order to our Bank or by credit card: VISA or MASTERCARD (+1,8%) EXTRAS: Final cleaning = € 70,00. Linen/towel = € 15,00 per person, on request. Utilities = you pay what you use. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 1,8%. CANCELLATION POLICY The booking deposit (30% of the total amount) has to be payed at the reservation and it is not refundable in case of cancellation. The booking deposit could be credited for another booking. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 40 days before your arrival date.
