1 Bedroom Villa in Siena

Do you want to spend an amazing time in the Tuscany's countryside??? 
Well I have a very charming and cozy studio apt in the middle of the nature. It is part of an old tipical farmhouse building. The apt has a full kitchenette, a dining/living room, a loft bed, a private bathroom with shower. Ouside the apt there is a huge garden where you can meet our nice pets: CIP the horse, Puffina the cat and the lovely hens that every day give us fresh eggs; 
The rent is 250€ per week and 650€ per month and it includes all utilities, linens, sheets and towels.

There is also a kinder area in the big garden. The garden is beatifull in spring and is possible to eat out in the patio. The apartment is naturally fresch in summer and you don't need air con. In the appartment is a little kinder place with toys.

There are very interesting cultural sites: medieval villages like Chiusdino, Abbazia di S.Galgano , Museo Etrusco di Murlo and naturally Siena and the others town like Montalcino, Montepulciano,ecc. 
Beatifull landscapes like "Crete Senesi",Two incontaminated rivers Farma and Merse and therms "Petriolo". 
In the forests there are wild animals that you can see not far from the house very erly in the morning.
