Available on the top floor of the building is the charming apartment "GEPPETTO" with approx. 65 sq.m), it sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms has a living room and fully equipped kitchenette with dish washer, coffee machine, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster and tableware.  
Furnished in Tuscany style, with some antiques a bathroom and a large, semi-covered terrace, that offers unforgettable views over the area.  
On the ground-floor "Gatto e Grillo" for 3-4 persons with typical Tuscany style furniture, one sleepingroom with big bathroom, one bedroom with a kitchenette, and direct access to the large terrace - Magiafuoco- (morning sun).  
Guests of this unit have their own separate area outside for privacy.  
Outside you can use the pool (6x4x1,40m) terraces, deckchairs and others, barbecue and private parking.
