The House is located in a very picturesque area, near olive groves, vineyards, hills, of which at the time of beautiful weather you can see, even Florence. Comfortable connection with the highway provides quick access to the famous citis (in one day from the our house You can reach the recesses of almost all of Tuscany).  
This house features all of the modern conveniences including 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The large kitchen also has direct access to a patio with small herb and roses garden (with grill place and garden furniture). The dining table comfortably seats 8. The bigest bedroom has a balcony overlooking the garden and bathroom with bath-tub and hand shower. There are 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped to ensure you can perfect your Italian cooking with a walkout herb garden on the patio.  
Just only 30 minutes from airports in Florence and Pisa. Situated near the most fabulous italians citys like Florence, Luca, Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra, Vinci (birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci), Ravenna (famous Byzantine mosaics). Easy to reach from main autostrada, close to big shopping centre, but also close to quiet rurar region, full of small medievall villages famous from good vine and olive olie. Nearby is also the sea-side region of Versilia, with the famous beach resort of Viareggio, Torre del Lago-the Lake of Puccini, Forte di Marmi and Apuan Alps with spectacular marbe quarries and great places for climbing (ferrata). Nearby there are 2 small old town situated on the hills: Montecatini Alto and Serawalle Alto, which is the medieval ruins of the settlements. In Montecatini besides the term (around 10), there are several swimming pools, hippodrome, tennis courts, theater, and also closest to the train station - perfect rail connections to the largest cities in Tuscany. 
We are only 2 km from the Montecatini Terme: the largest and most famous italian thermal health-center. Montecatini Terme is a beautiful town that was built around its mineral water springs. The spring water is considered to help people with trouble with the stomach or liver. The most famous spa in town is the Tettuccio Terme located on the main street of Montecatini Terme - Viale Verdi, next to the park. The Tettuccio Terme was built in the late 18th century by the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Leopold of Habsburg - Lorraine, the son of the Austrian Empress Maria Theresa. The first three spas that were built were the Tettuccio, the Regina and Leopoldine. These three spas made Montecatini Terme famous all over Europe, and a favorite place for the rich and the royalty. These days the spa treatments have advanced and they include many modern methods of massage, mud pack treatments and hydrotherapy. Famous visitors to Montecatini Terme include, but are not limited to - Puccini who composed parts of La Boheme. 

Designed in a boutique style. The bed in the big orange room is european size king bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long). A long balcony overlooking the garden. In the medium turquoise bedroom there are two single beds with original, fabulous throws and ornaments on the walls. Both those bedrooms have wardrobe and access to the terraces. In the sweet yellow small room (2 single beds) there is wall with photo galery of Tyscany region. On the ground floor in the lounge there is also sofa bed for two people. All bed linens and towels are provided. There are one nice bathroom upstairs and one toilet on the ground floor. The bathroom upstairs has a large bath tub and washbasin with large mirror in the old Tuscan style.

Just only 2 km from the house there is: Golf Club located in Monsummano and Montecatini Terme. 
Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, the Montecatini Golf Club is an 18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside. The player is faced with many natural hazards such as lakes, streams, forests, and ditches which have been formed as part of the natural contours of the land.
