Stone walls, terracotta and wood floors, exposed wooden-beamed ceilings with the original hand made bricks, traditional furniture and beds made from wrought iron will take you back to earlier times, without sacrificing any of todays’s modern comforts.

Each apartment, in fact, is equipped with an independent air-conditioning unit for the hottest days of the year.


Relaxing and refreshing at the pool...Outside, guests can cool down in the swimming pool after dozing for a couple of hours on one of the sunbeds provided, or after coming back form the visit of one of the wonderful art towns in the surroundings.


The products of Nature...The Pitti produces extra virgin olive oil and various seasonal vegetables, fully respecting nature and without the use of fertilisers or chemical pesticides.

Grotta Guisti SPA... The outdoor thermal pool has a water temperature of 34°C and therefore is available to the pleasure of the guests also in the wintertime.
