Main Description
Collinella 3 is a charming one bedroom apartment , part of a small privately owned development of 13 apartments renovated farm buildings.It is perfectly situated between the famous medieval towns of San Gimignano and Volterra, both being approx 15- 20 minutes away. The apartment has a spacious bedroom leading onto the west terrace at the back of the property where there is garden furniture to dine at sunset! The south facing terrace at the front of the property has dining furniture and sunbeds and a private garden. The bathroom is seperate and has a washing machine , bidet, loo and shower. The comfortable living area has a double sofa bed , dining table and newly fitted chestnut kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a dvd player, Tv and music sytem. The views from the terraces are spectacular- one can see as far a Pisa (60km ) on a clear day! It is the perfect place to relax after a days sightseing- or just unwind by the pool !Local restaurant at Castagno is 4km. Podera Collinella is situated 3km down a private road( sometimes bumpy!)- so there is no through traffic and the abundant wildlfe is your neighbour!
We have taken grest trouble to make the apartment as comfortable as possible, with good quality furnishings, comfy beds and pure egyptian cotton sheets.This is only our second season , so all the furnishings are almost new and we have chosen light oak and natural chestnut to compliment the rustic charm of the tuscan building. The enovation has been sensetivley done with use of the origianl stone updayed with chestnut shutters, terracotta tiled floors

Pisa and airport 1hour, the walled city of Lucca one hour.San Gimignano ,famous for its medieval towers is 14 km , offering many restaurants, shops with fantastic leather goods, street cafes and markets.Volterra, once the Etruscan capital is 15km, another walled medieval city with wonderful buildings and piazzas to watch the world go by!Florence is less than an hour away with its wealth of culture and amazing architecture. Siena,a 40 minute drive,famous for Il Palio horse race through the streets! Siena offers great shopping and restaurants , cafe culture at the lovley Il Campo as well as the host of beautiful buildings and art.Podera collinella is the perfect place to relax after a day sightseeing- sip a glass of the local Vernacchio wine whilst watching the sun go down!Located 3km along a private road- peaceful and relaxing. Low Season Price : €500
High Season Price : €780 per Week


20% deposit please to secure.
Balance 8 weeks prior to holiday.
Payment by cheque or bank transfer please.
There is a 100 euro security deposit, refundable less any damages.
The cost includes linen, towels and final clean.
All utilities included but central heating charged at 75 e per week if used.
