In the Tuscan countryside, not far from the sea, beautiful CASA VACANZE fully restored, surrounded by a large lawn with swimming pool and space to eat outside with barbecue and wood oven. The house is on two floors: the ground floor large living room with dining area, large fireplace and TV (sat) with a comfortable sofa bed, large kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and barbecue wood , bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor which is accessed by a stone staircase, in the right you will find a small room with bunk beds, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The left wing a suite comprising a clearing pass with a sofa bed (2-3 people) one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The floors are in cotto toscano and ceilings with exposed beams. The house, originally, was a "house Cantoniera" of railways, and is built near a railway line which is now disused . Just a few goods trains use the line when necessary. The sandy beaches of Vada and Castiglioncello rocky coast are just a few kilometers (7-8km) with the possibility of practicing water sports and fishing. Nearby possibilities for nice walks on horseback, on foot or by bicycle. The main art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Siena, Volterra) are within easy reach.
