Il Bel Canto a large Villa build on the 1600 has been finished to restructure in June 2009. The Ulivo apartment on the first floor has beams ceilings, cotto floors, 2 large double/twin bedrooms, sitting/dining room with a single sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. 1 bathroom with jacuzzi shower, a guest bathroom. Satellite Tv and on request( we don't keep it always on,not to disturb people Wifi).
4 ectares land to relax and walk around. Each apartment has its own private space to relax and dine outdoor. Salty water swimmingpool(15by 4 meter, 1,50 meter deep) with a large sundeck looking at the natural reserve above. In the early morning and evening You can watch deers, wildboars, "mufloni"(halfcows and half goats animals originally from Sardinia)peacefully grazing. Restructured respecting the nature:solar panels for the hot water,central heating with wood chips, floor heating at low temperature. Every apartment has its own chimney for the cold evenings. The Villa is 1,900 meter far from the next medieval town of Radicondoli where You can find food shops and small boutiques as small handcraft shops. Around several farms where You can buy local bio sheep cheese, bio wine, salami of Cinta Senese.60 Kms from the sea. Approximately half an hour from Siena,Volterra, San Gimignano others not as well known sites but very beautiful and interesting as the San Galgano Abbey where beside of theromanic open Abbey You can admire the sword in the stone of San Galgano, The Anqua Villa with its red walls and lovely courtyard, The Castle of Montigegnoli build in the 12th hundreds.
The Radicondoli aerea has an unique landscape still quite wild, with 2 natural reserve very close, La Boscaglia and Cornate e Fosini. Cornate e Fosini more famous, offers long trails, The Castle of 1100, The Villa, The breeding site of the small horses of Monterufoli. The aerea is also famous for its geo-thermic resources(an alternative kind of energy, which uses the warmwaters underneath to generate energy. You can visit Le Pianaccie powerstation, with its museum, close to it a large green house complex which exploits the hot geothermic steam to heat a nursery producing plants. Several trekking paths and mountain bikes itineraries start from Radicondoli. During the summer a music and theater festival.
il Bel Canto offers to its guests the choice between cooking breakfast in their apartments or enjoy the buffet breakfast or continental in the internal courtyard during the hot months or in the large kitchen in the cold days and winter. When requested shopping can be done before the arrival of guest to make life easier for late arrivals.

Hair dryer also provided, iron and iron board. We can rent bikes for You if You request it in advance. English books available, from the next summer vegie garden also available for the guests. Sundeck chairs provided as tables and chairs for outdoor.Babysitter available on request. Cleaning is provided on arrival and departure. Linen change every week, included in the price. If You need extra cleaning or linen just a little extra to pay. Also cook is provided on request. Cooking courses also on request.

Excursions by horse back to the San Galgano Abbey, departure half an hour, Hot air balloon flights with departure from Mensano (20 min.drive). Radicondoli has several small shops. For large Supermarkets, half an hour drive to Colle Val d'Elsa which is the closest large town to Radicondoli where You can find everything. Several large open markets around: poggibonsi on tuesday, Siena on wednesday,Colle Val d'Elsa on friday.

A deposit of 20% on the full amount due is required for confirmation. it can pe paied by credit card or Bank swift. 20% of the full amount duecancellation fee till 15 days previous arrival. 50% cancellation fee from 15 days previous arrival . The rest of the amount due for the stay will be paied after the stay in cash(euros) or credit card.
