The Casa itself is large and comfortably furnished. There is a spacious and comfortable apartment with windows giving panoramic views over typical Tuscan landscapes. The apartment is also geared towards outdoor living. There are 2 terraces with tables, chairs and sunshade for your use.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 people but the very conveniently positioned.
Changeover Day: Any day.
Further Details - Indoors comfortably furnished living room, with sofa with TV and DVD and a well-stocked library of books in the Apartment. Modern bathroom(s) with shower(s). The water heating is by electric in the summer and in winter by wood burning central heating and hot water system.
Further Details - Outdoors There are 2 separate private terraces, suitable for drinking and dining, reading and sun-bathing.
There is an accessible swimming pool 10 minutes drive away, at Hotel San Lorenzo, on the way into Pescia.
Payment - Advance bookings can be secured by payment of 50% by bank transfer/PayPal in Euros or GB pounds. The balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Swimming, Walking, Beachcombing
This is rural Tuscany at its best - a place to go to get away from it all and just chill out. In the spring, summer and autumn months the climate is generally warm and settled, in the winter it can get cold with one or two days of snow, great if you like walking, Christmas and New Year breaks. There are many local walks, mostly from village to village, ranging from 2 to 20+ Kilometers.
