You'll find a clean twin bedroom, a dining room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a balcony at second of three floors building. The apartment's in a quite road in the heart of Pisa, near Arno river, it's with washing machine, linen included, TV, cooking stove, refrigerator, private heating. All food shops are downstairs at 50m of distance, bus stop is 100m far. You could order a 'pizza' by phone! Arrival at any day. You’d go by foot to look up to one of the eight wonders of the world: the leaning Tower! Don't hesitate, choose us. No negative surprises. Pisa is close to Florence. You could visit the cities of arts at cheaper conditions. Car not necessary!

It's easy to get to Florence, only 1 hour of comfortable train. A small cost for a great holiday. Downstair, two feet away, there're lots of shops. You can buy all food you need withouth any trouble. Restaurants are a few feet far. Don't need a car!

Short breaks:3 days. Minimum charge: two adults. - To make a booking, 1/3 of the total amount is required. - 50% of price to be paid for others over 10 yo. - Final cleaning: 30 €. - Long term rental discounts available upon request. - We prefer to receive your enquiries by e-mail. - Credit card payment accepted for deposit, but please note that a 4% add-on fee will be added to your payment. In the case of cancellation more than 3 weeks prior to your agreed arrival date, we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for a year & can be used for another booking of our apartments. If your cancellation is made within 3 weeks of your agreed arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit.
