Terms & Conditions Lettings are from Saturday to Saturday with arrival times being from 15.00 onwards. Vacation on the day of departure required by 10.00 a.m. Rental includes: bed and bath linen, water, gas and electricity. Gas central heating is metered and is in the region of 10 -15 Euros a day The cottages are professionally cleaned at the end of each stay (included in the rental price). Reservation A non returnable booking deposit of 30% of the rental price per property is required. A second payment of 30% of the total rental price becomes due 12 weeks prior to arrival. A final payment of 40% of the total rental price becomes due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bank details given with booking Payment can be made in one of two ways: By Cheque made payable to La Lucertola and paid in at any high street bank. Bank Transfer please quote YOUR NAME as your payment reference. Security Deposit A returnable security deposit of £200 .

The perfect holiday destination for rest and relaxation with beautiful villas, great facilities and stunning views. the owners were welcoming and full of good advice while being careful to maintain our desire for peace and quiet. The villas have easy car access to Pisa, Lucca and Florence as well as glorious walks through olive groves and hills close by. We had a wonderful time and I have recommended La Lucertola to friends and family.

We visited La Lucertola a few years ago and it was quite simply enchanting. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside and you can also see the Leaning Tower in the distance - amazing. The house was very comfortable and the hosts were extremely personable. There's lots to do with the beach a short trip away and the wonderful town of Lucca nearby too. The best bit? Sipping wine on the terrace whilst drinking in that amazing view - highly recommended!

It is just that - excellent. Worth the money and a real experience. The holiday we all need is to be found at La Lucertola.

Wonderful houses - tastefully appointed, properly equipped - one could live here all year round. Views - amazing - how many places on earth can boast a view of one of the 7 wonders of the world from their balcony? Space outside the houses luxurious and ample for all needs. Wood fired pizza oven - a winner. Pool - just the ticket. Space inside the houses - plenty, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. This is a genuine and magnificent setting. Owners - on hand if you need but never in the way - helpful for tips on eating and visiting and also nice to have a chat with. Can't fault it - would do it again.

I'd always heard how wonderful Tuscany was. I now think that is a complete understatement, it's simply the best place in Europe! But I also think one can only truly experience Tuscany if they see do it from La Lucertola which is far the best choice anyone can go for. It's just the place to be. I've been over and over and keep recommending it to people who all agree, La Lucertola...look no further!
