Ragoncino can be found on a hill at a marvelous, small village called Lajatico, near Volterra in the heart of Tuscany. The rustical stone building was born in the 1700s and worked as a farm house before it was renovated recently with air condition and heating. There are 10 apartments for 2-8 people each with antic furniture collected carefully by the owner, they are all comfortable for a relaxing holiday too. We have a small welness centre with a Finish sauna, solariums, massage and an inside pool for getting fitt. The outside swimming pool is perfect for summer time, where you can enjoy a particular view with Tuscan hills, cipreses and medivial towns. We have mountain bikes for the sporty ones, an a 10km long path starts at our parking place. Besides the extravergine olive oil and red vine from our production can give a full harmony to your meals and the local flavours. A tipical tuscan dinner is made by the local ladies every week in our small restaurant but every appartment is fully equiped for cooking as well. Thanks to his location Ragoncino is also ideal to visit the most important places, the seaside and the art cities of Tuscany, like the mediveal Volterra is 15minutes, San Gimignano 30minutes, the linean tower of Pisa 45minutes, Florence or Siena is about 1hour drive.

Price is per appartment for 2 person, extra person on the sofa bed is 30-60 euro a week. Not includnig final cleaning (30-60 euro dipending on the appartment) and air condition (0.40-0.80 euro per hour on consumption). Booking is confirmed with a 30% anticipated payment. In case of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date this amount is lost. Deposit of 100 euro is requested at arrival.
