We can welcome you in apartments from 2 to 7 places or in comfortable villas with private garden until 10 places ready to spend your summer Vacations with the family and the children who will enjoy the immense park with swimming pool and the football field. At disposal of the guests there are, the swimming pool, the solarium with lying-chairs, the barbecue corner, and the ancient firewood furnace. For the lovers of the fishers: the Cecina River slides approximately 500 mt from the property. The favorable position allows you to reach easily the most important cities of art of the Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra and S. Gimignano in approximately 30 minuts, while Florence, Lucca and Siena, can be reached in less than 1 hour.The famous "White Beaches" are only 10 minuteren far. Who loves traditions can visit the small village of Montescudaio with various restaurants with typical kitchen and shops (5 Km).
Facilities
Special Children .The farm are the preferred places for the children. In fact both wide parks with swimming pool are perfect for their games and the parents could feel sure because they are far from whichever type of danger. Also the sandy beaches, 5 minuteren of car, are the preferred one from the families. In fact the degrading depth of the sea is ideal for the bath of the children and inexperts. In the neighborhood there are 2 parks for children, one aquatic and the other thematic.
Activities
Besides the most famous art cities of Tuscany, the Farms are surrounded by many small villages where it is possible to find again the "Quiet Living", the traditions and the culture that only in Tuscany you will only be able to find. Here some suggestions. Montescudaio, 3 Km far: the beautiful public square of the Church offers an unforgettable panorama of the hills until the sea. Don’t forget moreover to buy the good bread of the village that can be preserved for many days.Bolgheri,nearby too:native land of the G.Carducci poet and of the well known wines D.O.C. such as “Sassicaia”.To admire the most beautiful avenue of cypresses of Europe, best photografic subject of all the tourists. The ancient village where to stop to drink a good red wine even accompanied from crostini or bruschetta. Cecina Mare,5 minutes far: bathing establishments, free beaches, restaurants.Very beautiful is the pinewood along the seaside for walks and jogging.
