Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) dans cette charmante maison toscane, du 3 au 10 juillet 2010. Le site est magnifique, isolé et en pleine campagne. Les hôtes nous ont réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux : victuailles à notre arrivée, panier de figues fraîches le deuxième jour et petit cadeau de départ. Absolument charmant... La maison est entièrement équipée et rien ne manque au confort. Elle est située à proximité raisonnable des principaux sites d'intérêt : Cinque Terre, Pise, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Sienne... Que dire de plus... Je recommande cette maison à tous ceux qui rêvent d'intimité et de paysages enchanteurs.

Vous rêvez de découvrir cette belle région qu'est la Toscane, rendez-vous dans cette charmante demeure, richement décorée et fort accueillante. Tout est prévu pour la détente dans un site arboré, avec pour seuls compagnons, les arbres, les oiseaux, le soleil. Un havre de paix. Les hôtes ont un sens très développé de l'hospitalité en vous préparant un panier garni pour votre arrivée et ne manquent pas de s'inquiéter de vous durant le séjour. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à sillonner les routes à la dévouverte des ruelles, des façades fleuries et des villes médiévales petites ou grandes. Bonnes vacances!

Marvellous stay in Tuscany.
The description regarding the location, layout, facilities and so on was accurate. The property was very clean, the garden all around very well maintened. The sight from the terrasse is unbelievable! We found everything we needed within the house. I certainely would recommend this location to a friend. There are many activities available from the house: for example we went to Florence by train from Pontedera thanks to the advice of the owner, The owner welcame us very friendly and gave us many good advices to enjoy our stay the most possible.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fabia (four adults and a three year old). Great for cooking, eating, reading and walking. Very homely, lovely old kitchen, very very quiet. Don't expect nightlife unless you drive to it! At the end of a track that goes nowhere else, just turns into footpaths into the valley below. We only saw the occasional hunter there. Surrounded by vineyards. Good shower too. Owners went out of their way to help. I feel relaxed just thinking about it.

Wonderfull holiday in tuscanys perl.
We arrived by car in the afternoon and because it was a little bit difficult to find the house, we called the owner by phone. In five minuts he met us at the village entrance and
took us on a small road 1KM to the house. It is on a winehill and has no neighbours nearer than a half KM. There was nothing to hear, only the birds and the wind. When we arrived, there was a welcome-surprise on the kitchen table. All things you need at the first day were in this present.The house was very clean at has a modern and antique furniture and many interressing things from the tuscany countrylive. All things are running. Next supermarket in a village about 12 minuts bei car. Also some shops to buy fish, bread and clothes and a petrol station. Very interessting are trips to Pisa, Lucca and Volterra. Firenze very loud and full of cars motorbiks- difficult to drive.We find a nice beach nothern Livorno, near Lido for less on hot days up to 36 °. We used the recommendation of the owner for restaurents in the near surrounding: delicious and cheap tuscany specials.
Very suitable to rest in a loveley countryside and as a start
for trips to the old tuscany citys. You urgently need a car or motorbike. We would like to come back in one of the
next years.

The Best Villa Possible and NO Other Villa Nearby.
The owners were extremely friendly with us and left us some food and wine for our arrival. They also have their own vineyard where the villa is situated and they leave some wine which you can buy as you use it at about 5 euros. It is really tasty and good value!!
It is a greta location for arriving either in Pisa or Florence and dead easy to vsit those towns either by car or driving to a local train station about 20 minutes away.
We also exlored other areas of Tuscany including San Gimignano which is the most gorgeous town.
Finally, I also asked my girlfriend to marry me on the last day and she said yes!! The owners left us a wee surprise on the last evening as well.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday.
The cottage was perfectly located for travelling to Pisa, Florence and Siena and all the lovely little towns in between. San Gimignano is definitely our favourite.
The cottage itself was very homely and comfortable and we found it very difficult to leave, especially the lovely views over the vineyards and olive groves.
Matteo made us feel very welcome and was most helpful, and the lovely gifts upon arrival and departure were much appreciated.
A wonderful time and a place I would certainly return to.
