Just outside the characteristic and attractive little village of Montecastello is the stylish restored Agriturismo Montecastello. This beautiful agriturismo has 8 holiday apartments spread over 2 buildings. There is a nice swimming pool with hydromassage. A short pleasant walk leads you to the village, which has a grocer, bar and restaurant..
The surroundings are perfect for walks or trips on a mountainbike or horse. The kind owners Marco and Simona can help you with organising these trips.
There is a Internet possibilitiy and at arrival you get a welcome kit with products of the region.
A very practical extra facility: on the ground floor there are an extra kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, very suitable for outside dinners or barbecues.
The holiday house Buonconvento is a spacious apartment on the first floor. There is a living room with kitchen area. The living room also has a \'mezzannino\' with double bed (an extra floor above the living room). There are two other bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom (wc, bidet, shower, washing stand).

The fortified medieval village of Montecastello is known for its gorgeous castle of the Marchese Torrigiani Malaspina, which is situated on top of the hill, overlooking the hilly landscape of central Tuscany. The Marchese Torrigiani Malaspina is still living in his castle.Montecastello (200 inhabitants) has a bar, a small grocery store, and and a post office. The village is situated in the green Valdera landscape, between olive trees, although you are on a 25 minute distance of the Pisa Airport.
The marvelous restaurant Osteria Alpaca just outside the small village, has very good meals, made with ecological products.

b.At voluntary annulment from the tenant, or in case of obliged annulment with or without cancellation insurance the
following conditions apply:
• At annulment up to 100 days before commencement of the hiring period the tenant has to pay 10% of the hiring amount.
• At annulment up to 99 to 50 days before commencement of the hiring period the tenant has to pay 50% of the hiring amount.
• At annulment shorter than 50 days before commencement of the hiring period the tenant has to pay the complete hiring amount.
