The apartment is located in a beautiful Tuscan hamlet within a Renaissance villa and other buildings divided into self catering units. The estate is beautiful with stunning views from allover but not far from Pisa int. airport as well as main towns in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa or Lucca and small typical villages like Volterra, san Gimignano, San Miniato and others.On site a restaurant and wine bar are available for guests, 3 pools (1 is heated) furnished with umbrellas, chairs and sunloungers; at main entrance of the property keyhandling and porterage, phone and assistance for any queries. 
Huge garden, walks, horse riding or carriage (5 minutes walking). 
On site maintenance staff (if necessary). 
On call, tourist services agency to organize your spare time.  
Wine, truffle, chocolate, beer, oil, cheese, honey tasting, olives picking, sightseeing tours of the main highlights in Tuscany such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Certaldo, San Miniato ecc. 
The apartment is also provided with cutleries, dishes, cups and all the necessary stuff for a well equipped kitchen.  
On request, with an extra charge, you can ask for a welcome humper with our typical Tuscan products, flowers, welcoming service to introduce you to the area or whatever you would like to find on arrival! 
Library with books, cd and dvd available.  
Cot + bedding and highchair provided by owner on request (no charge). 
Linen and towels are provided.

    • The apartment is located in a typical Tuscan Hamlet dating back to the 15th Century owned throughout the Centuries by a noble family of Pisa. All the buildings on site, as well as the Renaissance villa, have been very well restored. The place is quiet and relaxing but not far from the most attractive towns in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Viareggio, Lucca, Siena, Forte dei Marmi. Only 15 minutes walking distance is the small enchanting Medieval village of Palaia with restaurants and shops. The ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for families trips with a double room, large livingroom with sofabed, bathroom with shower and a small garden. On site a Restaurant for your special dinners and an Enoteca (wine bar) for a continental breakfast, light lunch or dinner as well as a drink with live jazz music!

    No pets allowed. Strictly no smoking except in the garden. 150€ deposit to guarantee the stay when booked in. Cancellation policy: 1 week before arrival 100% refund; 4 days before 50% refund; no show 100% refound. Please note, expenses to tranfer money are excluded. Linen, towels, cleaning, cot, highchair ARE included.
