The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. There is heating/air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette. The two bedrooms are a good size, the master bedroom being very spacious. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a good sized sofa bed in the lounge which can easily sleep two adults. The apartment has stupendous views from the bedroom windows over the surrounding countryside. There is a concierge and daily housekeeping service.

The property is in a secure, gated community, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The grass and flower beds are well maintained and there is a lifeguard on duty at the pool. The pool is a one minute walk from the apartment, as is the bar and restaurant.

The Borgo di Colleoli is a renovated estate, with 64 self-contained apartments. There are two pools, one of which is heated. There is an excellent restaurant serving traditional Tuscan fare, and an enoteca – a wine bar serving pasta, pizzas, etc. There is ample car parking and a porterage service to carry your bags to your apartment. There is a concierge service which can arrange day trips, car hire, horseriding, wine tasting, etc.

The Borgo is situated between Pisa and Florence, approx 35 mins drive from Pisa airport and approx 45 mins from central Florence. Other places of interest such as Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti area are ideal for a day trip.

10% deposit required at time of booking with the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival, together with a fully-refundable deposit of £200.00 in respect of damage or breakages. This deposit will be returned within one week of vacating the apartment, once the inventory has been checked against the apartment.
