Relax and silence in the hill of cestnuts and oak-groves.

The farmhouse is the perfect location for exploring Tuscany Region:
Florence 30 minutes,
Siena 60 minutes,
Pisa 60 minutes,
Bologne 45 minutes.

Lake Bilancino (drive away 5 minutes) offerrs watersports: sailing, skiing, windsurf, canoe, fishing.
More other activities included golf course (15 minutes away), guided excursions, trekking.
It has an exclusive park (1 HA), orchard, pot-herbs.
The town Barberino di Mugello and neighbourhood offer gastronomical and wonderful cuisine.
