Vacation Rental Description
The property consists of two large houses, Campostefani and Maladina,a renovated barn, S. Stefano,a swimming pool (12m x 6m), a large pergola for outdoor diners and above all the Hall of San Francesco, a large multifunctional space (160 square meters).  
Le Pianore can accommodate up to a total of 26 guests. 
The whole residence is at the guests’ disposal, as well as all facilities and equipments: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna. Half-board and full-board meals are also available (including vegetarian meals upon request).

Ground Floor:- kitchen, a large dining room, sitting room with a big fire place.

First Floor: - large sitting room, kitchen with fire place.

Shelter S.Stefano: - double room, extra beds, private bathroom, living room,

Villa Maladina 
Ground Floor : A large kitchen with a fire place and a big dining table. 
Large sitting room with access to the covered portico. 
Double room with private bathroom. 
First Floor : Double room with bathroom and river side view. 
Two bedrooms with private bathroom. 
Bright sitting room with fire place, library and view to the vineyard and river.  
Around the house there is a garden, a large covered portico with a big table,barbecue and a hot tub. 
 
San Francesco" Hall- Workshop & Seminar Room 
A huge room about 160 m in total, wooden floor, very useful for workshops, meetings, conferences and all kind of courses. The hall has wooden floors and a wooden loft with 14 tatamis, restrooms and audiovisual equipment. It is perfectly suitable to a variety of activities.

    • During the summer there are a host of music, art and theater festivals. JAZZWINE, offering the chance to sip Brunello di Montalcino wine while listening to jazz within the walls of the Montalcino castle, is not to be missed. In July and August the Amiata Accademy hosts Toscana delle Culture, a music and theater festival that takes place in the medieval villages. CINELABARO is a film presentation with varied screenings, and for opera there�s the Batignano festival. The international art workshop in Montepulciano offers theater workshops, as well as music, ballet, opera and poetry performances. The folklore celebrations, which occur seasonally and thematically (olives, chestnuts, mushrooms, wine, etc.) are entertaining encounters with the local people and traditions.

    It is advisable to travel by car in order to take advantage of many attraction of the region.It is currently not possible to rent cars on Monte Amiata, so it is strongly recommended to book a rental car beforehand, or via internet.The closer car rentals are in Grosseto( about 50 km away), Siena(70 Km), Florence (150 Km) or Rome(230 Km).
