Casa Diletta is a typical farmhouse in Tuscany, surrounded by green olive groves, only 5 minutes from Montecatini Terme away. lt is centrally positioned from Lucca and Florence, and is the ideal starting point to get to the most beautiful places in Tuscany in less than one hour's drive
Casa Diletta offers its guests quality Self Catering and B&B accomodation at attractive prices.
The three small independent apartments are lovely and comfortable, tastefully furnished with Tuscan style antiques.
The "Tessa" apartment is about 60 mq. large and is located at the first floor. It has a spacious living room , a fully- equipped kitchenette, one charming double bedroom, one large and bright bathroom, a terrace with a fine view over the hills.
The "Stella" apartment is about 50 mq. large and is located at the ground floor. It has a nice living room with fully -equipped kitchen corner, a fireplace, one large cozy bedroom, one comfortable bathroom and a nice space outside.
The "Fienile" apartment is a lovely rustic house of about 40 mq. on two levels . It was a typical tuscan haybarn now tastefully restored maintaining the charm and integrity of the building.
On the ground level is a living room, and small fully-equipped kitchen corner. Upstairs it has one double bedroom and a bathroom . Outside it has a small garden and a nice space under the "pergola"
Each apartment has a sofa-bed for two persons in the living room, so sleeps 4 people.
Linens and towels are supplied.
You can park in the property.
You can book both weekly or daily.

Florence (40 km), Pistoia (15 km) Lucca (24 Km), Pisa (40 km), Vinci (20 km) Siena (117 km), the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi (40 km) and for Children, the land of Pinocchio, Collodi (9 km) and the Zoo of Pistoia (15 km).
Montecatini Terme, famous for its curative waters, offers visitors elegant Liberty style buildings, lovely boutiques, great restaurants, a beautiful park, and numerous cultural events throughout the year.

In Montecatini Terme go to the Tettuccio to admire the liberty architecture or Excelsior to have a treatment (mud, termal-water massages, beauty and relax).
Take the funicular (1898 cablecar) to Montecatini Alto. The historic part of the town offers a spectacular view and a typical square full of inviting restaurants.
Listen to a classical music concert of the "Estate Regina" festival.
Grotto of Monsummano - A lime cave with hot rooms and a steaming lake that are considered to cure people who enter it. "Grotta Giusti" also provide a big outdoor thermal swimming-pool and other spa-treatments.
There is an excellent supermarket about 5 minutes away ;there is also a daily little market off the main street Giuseppe Verde in Montecatini where leather and clothing is extremely cheap . The main weekly market is near the Hippodrome and is definitely worth a visit for shoes , clothes and voile curtaining.

The price of the apartment Stella is from Euro 350 to 440 per week which includes gas, electricity, central heating, linen, towels and final cleaning The price of the apartment Tessa is from Euro 390 to 500 per week which includes gas, electricity, linen, towels , air conditioning/central heating and final cleaning The price of the apartment Il Fienile is from 350 to 460 which includes gas, electricity, linen, towels , air conditioning/central heating and final cleaning. The extra charge for breakfast is Euro 5 per person per day. You are kindly invited to send a deposit of 30% of the whole amount by bank transfer , to guarentee the reservation. We do not accept credit card. Cancellations prior to 30 days of your arrival, you will be returned the total sum you paid, except for the bank transfer expenses
