The Residence Spinosecco is located in the small medieval village of Mulazzo in the heart of Lunigiana region.
Lunigiana has an incredible amount of medieval castles, wonderful green hills and clear rivers.
It is secluded and far from the usual touristic crowd but only 20 minutes drive away from the incredible beaches of Cinque Terre and Versilia.
The recently renovated building stands on top of the village. From the large park there is a breathtaking view of the valley that guests can enjoy while taking a bath in the private swimming pool.
The farmhouse is devided into 4 apartments that can host from 4 to 6 people each all of them have satellite tv and wi-fi broadband access.
From the property it is possible to go hiking, horse riding, rafting and most of all enjoy the incredible local restaurants.

The House overlooks a large private park containing the ruis of a medieval tower with a wonderful swimming-pool.
There is a barbecue area available for guests to use.

The Lunigiana region is full of trails that run trough the woods and can get the hikers to wonderful rivers where it is possible to bathe.
Horse riding and whitewater rafting are two of the major available sports.
The sandy beach of Cinque Terre are just 20 minutes drive from here, easily reacheable by car.
