MUTINO VILLA is very nice, comfortable and well located in the hills near
Viareggio/Versilia (seaside/ beaches/ pinewood 12 km.) and near the historical
towns of Lucca (15 km.), Pisa (20 km.), Florence (80 Km.).

The house has a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double
bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a terrace with a breathtaking view
on the Massaciuccoli lake (where there is the Giacomo Puccini's house)
and on the canals and the sea. There is the highway in the background.

There is also a garden with outdoor facilities.

It is possible to do excursions that mix nature, culture, tourism and sport.

Visit the Romanesque church of Pieve a Elici a(breath-taking view and music concerts in the summer)and the roman thermal ruins in Massaciuccoli.

Lake of Massaciuccoli: this one is a very intersting damp area. It is possible to visit the canals linking the lake to the sea by boat trip.

In this area there is Puccini's Villa that is a visitable Museum, very fondly looked after by Puccini's grand-daughter , Simonetta, who often meets the visitors-guests.
In July/August, a Puccini Festival takes place in Torre del Lago. The huge open-air theatre hosts performances of Puccini's operas, in front of the incomparable scenary offered by the lake itself.

Near Mutino there are also: the beaches of Versilia (15 km), the historic towns of Lucca (13 km) and Pisa (20 km), Florence, that is just 75 km ahead through the highway.

CANCELLATION POLICY The booking deposit (30% of the total amount) has to be payed at the reservation and it is not refundable in case of cancellation. The booking deposit could be credited for another booking. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 40 days before your arrival date.
