The villa is accessed along a private gated drive that leads through the surrounding woods and provide an excellent base for visiting the Renaissance centres of Florence, Pisa, Siena and the ancient walled city of Lucca, which is just a 10km away. A short stroll leads to the nearest village, Ponte a Moriano, where guests can find small shops - perfect for stocking up on delicious Tuscan treats!

Should you wish to cancel a confirmed booking the following charges apply:
• Cancellation received 71 days or more prior to departure: loss of deposit
