A villa of 3 floor 19th century, entirely renewed recently,with a warm and cozy atmosphere, antique furniture, has been preserved to the original structure (beamed ceilings, wooden and terracotta floors. This typical Tuscan house is situated near a small river in the Lucca countryside. It is in an excellent position for those who like walking and visiting beautiful historic villas and a Roman Church. Only 2,5 km from the city of Lucca an a local bus route. Outside there is a large private garden (1500mq) with fruit trees, an antique wood-burning , garden table and chairs, and swimming pool mt 6x14 deep from o,80mt to1,50mt (l’access to the pool area is protected by fencing). Open parking area reserved.
