Vacation Rental Description
Cesa al numero 3 is the largest of our holiday houses. It comprises three levels plus a basement, is about 140 m2 and can accomodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, a bright kitchen and a balcony provided with garden furniture, which offers stunning views over the wonderful surrounding nature. On the 1st floor there are two nicely furnished bedrooms each with original double beds. On the top floor we have a garret which comprises a "fairy" bedroom with double bed and bath with shower. In the basement there is a bath with shower and our pretty cellar with table for 6 people. Outside, a large garden completely fenced (1000 m2), an exclusive backyard, equipped with garden furniture, a wood-burning oven for delicious pizzas, roast chicken, etc. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures. Walking distance from an extra shared garden with shared swimming pool 4x10m.

    • Cësa al 3 is located on the edge of a tiny village of 100 hinabitants. A narrow road drivable with small cars crosses it. Cars can be parked within our property or in case of medium-large ones on the village main square at about 150 meters asphalted distance from our house, to be covered on foot.

    • Bagni di Lucca (at 5 km from our village), is a nice tourist resort, where you will find general stores, shops and sport centers (public swimming pool, tennis courts, chemist, supermarkets, etc.) and a beautiful spa, beloved destination of artists like Byron, Shelley, Puccini, Metternich and Radestsky. Traces of this glorious past are to be found in its monuments: the English Church, the Catene bridge, the Spa, the villas, the Casino, etc. The Casino was the first gambling house to be opened in Europe. It was closed in the 19th century, but during the last years it has been perfectly restored and reopened as a wonderful location for parties and wedding receptions. The town has a couple of good trattorias, where you can taste our traditional cuisine based on simple ingredients like mushrooms, chestnuts, sausages, stakes etc.

      High Season Price: €950 per Week
         

    Required minimum stay: 7 nights, Sat/Sat, during peak season. Pets not allowed. Prices are per week or night per property and include: taxes, bed linen, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, sat-tv, log fire, cleaning (weekly), electricity, gas, water, washing machine. Extras: laundry service, extra single/couch bed, dinner, heating. **Heating costs: 15 Euro per property, per day. (to be paid on site). A deposit equal to 30% of the total rent, in Euro, by wire transfer or credit card through paypal, paid net of all bank or paypal charges, is due to confirm your reservation. Balance: cash (Euro), on arrival. Check-ins between 4PM and 7PM. Check out time is at 11AM. A booking confirmation with directions and a map of the village will be emailed to you after receipt of your deposit.
