2 Bedroom Apartment in Lucca Area

Our holiday homes are situated in a nature reserve on private land exstending over five acres, about 6 km to the medieval centre of Lucca and 19 Km to the sea(Viareggio). 
All the apartments are on ground level and have a small garden equipped with sunshade, deckchairs and barbecue. 
The living area of about 40 sq.m. consist of living/dining area with kitchen corner, bathroom and bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds. 
The apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for outgoing call only) and wallsafe. 
Parking space and shared swimming pool available as required. 
The nearest restaurant(Mangiafoco) is at 500 meters from our structure and there are many others at few kms. 
The bus stop is at 1,5 km from our houses. 
Finally in Vicopelago, at about 8 kms, there is a small golf course.

The washer and the dryer go by voins and They're shared between all clients. The linen is a pay-service, but It isn't obligatory.
