The main historical building has been completely restored. The apartment is huge (150 qm) and very elegant, furnished in tuscan country style with terracotta floors, ceilings of bricks and wood beams and attention has been paid to every detail. There is no air conditioning, but the apt is very airy with many windows and nights are very cool. Heating is not included in the rent price. It costs 0,80 euros per cube meter according to consumption. On request it is possible to have the apartment cleaned at a price of 50 Euros. There is a weekly change of linen and towels included in the rent price. In the kitchen there are cooking utensils for 6 persons.
